No matter which agency, company, or law firm a caller claims they are from, if you are asked for a credit card, Medicare number, or Social Security number over the phone, JUST HANG UP. Treat your Medicare number and Social Security number the same way you treat your credit card numbers – do not share them. Don’t get scammed.
