New York has always been the home to many fabulous and influential women in history, politics, business, culture and the arts. One of these women, Victoria Woodhull, owned her own brokerage firm, ran her own newspaper, and ran for President in 1872!
You will also learn about the double life of an entertainer who was also a war hero and a symbol of the Civil Rights movement, the fascinating life of the richest woman in New York and many more.
Presented by Art & Susan Zuckerman, who’ve given tours of NYC for over 15 years, host a radio show and have appeared on the History Channel and Travel Channel.
