What Matters is focused on advance care planning to enable, empower, and encourage us to think about, plan for, and take steps to ensure that our health care wishes will be known, respected, and honored. Join DOROT for this group presentation to learn more about advance care planning, choosing an agent to speak for you if you’re unable to speak for yourself, completing or updating an advance directive and having “the conversation” with the important people in your life.
