The Health for Life Program (HeLP) CHRONIC PAIN WORKSHOP BY PHONE
This free workshop for older adults:
• “Meets” once a week by phone for 6 weeks
• Is designed to help manage chronic pain conditions
• 4 to 6 others on the phone call
• Led by a trained facilitator
WHEN: Wednesdays from 3 pm to 4 pm Oct.13,20,27 Nov.3,10,17
The workshop is free but pre-registration is required.
