Chair Yoga, Qigong & Tai Chi Easy™ 
Every Wednesday, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM 

This fusion class combines gentle movement, energy work, and self-care techniques, with both seated and standing exercises (chair modifications will be offered). Class ends with a yoga nidra deep relaxation and guided meditation to refresh the body and spirit. Led by Melissa Elstein, Certified Yoga and Fitness Instructor
