As many as 30,000,000 older adults in the US fall each year, leading to
injury or hospitalization. Join Northern Westchester Hospital Physical
Therapists, Jeanne Spano and Kathy Giaccio to learn how to keep you on
your feet. During this virtual seminar, Jeanne and Kathy will discuss risk
factors for falls, identify ways to decrease the chances that you may fall
and highlight some easy steps to make your home safer.
