Healthier Living Through Better Nutrition, Diet and Exercise

The human body was designed to be in motion and can only remain active when nourished properly. Put simply, no one can outrun a bad diet; we either move it or lose it when it comes to keeping our muscles and bones healthy.

Spend the next hour with John, a classically-trained chef, registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer, who has spent his academic and professional careers working toward being a “one-stop-shop” resource for health. He will provide you with basic tips and answer your questions about all things cooking, nutrition and exercise to help you build a personalized and sustainable approach to comprehensive wellness.
