Jazz Conversations: Summer of Singers–Great Ladies Who Sing and Swing!

Join Frank DeLigio in-person OR virtually for the first session of our lively summer series featuring outstanding female jazz vocalists. We’ll pay tribute to stars like Billie, Ella, Sarah, Nina, Bessie and Peggy, as well as lesser known, but brilliant artists like The Boswell Sisters, Carmen McRae, Mildred Bailey, Anita O’Day and Helen Forrest. We’ll also spotlight some forgotten stars such as Una Mae Carlisle, Hazel Scott and Blossom Dearie.
