She is an expert at helping older adults adapt to new hearing-related technology. Graduate of City University of New York doctoral program in Audiology.

Carolyn Stern, MBA: CHC’s Director of Outreach. Carolyn is highly knowledgeable about a wide range of technology options to improve life with a hearing loss. Her personal experience with a progressive hearing loss makes her passionate about helping others touched by a hearing challenge. Professional experience includes product management for Fortune 500 companies. Graduate of Columbia University School of Business and Northwestern University.
