Long-Term Care & Medicaid Planning

Long-term care is extremely expensive, and there are many planning strategies available to improve access to health care and quality of life. The rules governing long-term care benefits are complex and difficult to navigate. This program will involve a discussion of Medicaid eligibility rules for long-term care (community-based home care and nursing home care) and the planning strategies available to obtain Medicaid coverage while protecting and preserving assets and income above the Medicaid limits.
