Stephen Rolandi retired in 2015 after a distinguished career in public service with the State and City of New York. A centrist Republican, he served in the administrations of New York City Mayors Michael Bloomberg and Rudy Giuliani and New York State Governors David Paterson and Andrew Cuomo. He teaches public policy and finance at Pace University and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York
