    Daryl Moss of Mission to Wellness is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who will demonstrate how to prepare fall time favorites such as butternut squash soup, roasted chicken and apple crisp. Daryl received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She also received a Certificate in Nutritional Counseling from Teachers College at Columbia University, and is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, CT.   • Radio Theatre Class Writing a Radio Play

    During this workshop, participants will learn story telling and playwriting skills and create sound effects from objects around the house to develop a captivating classic radio play. Led by teaching artist Vinny Mraz Radio Theatre Class meets weekly via zoom for six weeks. This free workshop is for older adult residents of Westchester.
