The soothing sounds of multiple singing bowls will calm the mind and harmonize the body, releasing stress, worry, and pain. Sound Healer Michelle Clifton is a licensed massage therapist specializing in sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. Get comfortable with a pillow, blanket and soak up the wonderful vibrations of sound during this special meditation.

Join us for this ZOOM program as we speak to Doug Blevins, who coaches kickers for professional and college football. Born with cerebral palsy, Doug has had a successful career working with the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, and Minnesota Vikings, and coaching players such as Adam Vinatieri, Matt Turk, and Justin Tucker. He served as the Kicking Coordinator for the NFL Europe League for 5 years and is currently the Kicking Coordinator for East Tennessee State University.
