    Self-Portraiture + Intergenerational Connections
    Three Mondays, Begins August 2 - 16, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
    *Space is limited*

Most people think the “selfie” is a relatively new concept in photography, but artists have been documenting themselves since the camera was invented. In this workshop, we'll look at artists who used self-portraiture, become familiar its many forms, and cover approaches to produce our own self-portraits by working individually and as part of a group “collective” along with DOROT’s summer teen interns. We'll also explore how to edit our work digitally using apps like Instagram to share our work and gain a following. Led by Jonathan Smyth, Visual Artist, and Dana Stirling, Fine Art Photographer
